Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of adding a relational approach to change (considering the "who") with our typically technical approaches to change (focusing on the "what" and "how") in order to give us our best chance of success.

  • Explain the importance of teaming for implementing change, as well as some of the structural and cultural factors necessary to sustain those teams.

  • Understand how specific relational interventions aimed at creating shared knowledge, shared goals, and mutual respect on teams can help foster enhanced team success and satisfaction.
