What I will be doing in this role: In this role I will enroll participants in LIVE FOR LIFE's tobacco cessation support program. I will provide in-person or mobile tobacco cessation counseling and health education and support to participants. I will also assist our Employee Health Tobacco Treatment Physician Assistant in helping participants obtain discounted Nicotine Replacement Therapy for our LIVE FOR LIFE active participants to help them quit smoking. I will help with record keeping/data tracking of the tobacco cessation program and assist with tobacco cessation community outreach and programming.
What I most look forward to in this role: I look forward to helping others create positive health changes in their lives and quit smoking! I look forward to meeting and working with all employees in different fields and collaborating with different tobacco cessation programs and resources.
My first job: My first job was a child care provider when I was 15. I helped provide for the safety and wellbeing of children and always tried to plan something fun to do while their parents were away. I loved it!
My dream job: Any job where I get to help people.
What I like to do for fun: I like to spend time in nature and with my family and friends. I like concerts, plays, and films. I also like to listen to all types of music-anything with a good beat.
Favorite musician, movie, TV show, or book: Favorite movie: "The Pursuit of Happiness"
Something my co-workers probably don’t know about me: I have been skydiving and loved it!
