Howard Cusick, MD
Occupational Medicine Resident
Howard “Tom” Cusick, MD, was raised in Hadley, PA. He earned his BA in Biochemistry from Asbury University in Wilmore, KY, and then went on to complete medical school at the University of Kentucky. After a Transitional Internship at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA, Cusick trained to become a Naval Flight Surgeon. He completed two active duty tours, first with Patrol Squadron Four Seven, including deployments to the Middle East and to Southeast Asia, and then with Training Wing One. Since leaving active duty service Cusick has continued to serve as a Navy Reservist while working full time in Emergency Rooms and Critical Access Hospitals in Mississippi and Alaska.
