My background and trajectory to medicine having had experience in research, advising, and teaching before starting medical school.

Reading, writing, poetry, chess, soccer, tennis, running and other outdoor activities.
What did you want to be as a child?
I first wanted to be like my eldest brother and be a truck driver…then an artist like my other brother...and eventually I thought being an astronaut would be nice.
Name something interesting few people know about you.
I went skydiving three times just so that I would jump on my own the third time. Not sure I would do that again, however.
