Caroline Davis Rourk, MBA, MPH, is the administrative director of the Duke Toxicology Program. She also serves as the administrative liaison for the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency Program, working with the program director on recruitment and orientation.
Rourk joined the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 1996 and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the Duke Toxicology Program. Prior to joining Duke, she worked in the insurance and banking industries. Rourk received her bachelor of Arts in Religion from Davidson College, an MBA from Meredith College, and a master’s degree in public health leadership from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is also very involved in the Duke Campus Club, serving as Past President of the Board.
