Fellow, Primary Care Transformation Fellowship
Erin Peck, MD PhD, is a family physician at Duke Primary Care Hillsborough where she has worked since 2019. She received a PhD in toxicology from the University of Washington before obtaining her MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also did her residency training in family medicine. She subsequently completed an academic fellowship at the University of Rochester. In addition to enjoying general family medicine, she has specific interests in mental health, addiction medicine, and preventative care. During the fellowship, she hopes to work on the integration of mental health and addiction resources in the primary care setting, specifically focusing on expanding treatment for opioid use disorder.
