Jaseela Illath, MD

Jaseela Illath, MD currently works at the Duke Primary Care, Galloway Ridge - Pittsboro, NC. Jaseela graduated from RWTH Medical School, Germany and completed Internal Medicine residency at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC where she also was the Co-Chief Resident. Post residency, Jaseela completed the Geriatric Fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston Salem NC to expand on multidisciplinary management of Geriatric Population in both hospital and outpatient setting.  Using the broad clinical experience, Jaseela wants to focus on establishing improved primary care management strategies with the goal to provide equitable evidence-based care by early intervention, digital medicine and broader collaboration.
